Biographies of Directors and Executive Officers

Marlin C. Losch III has served as the Chief Operating Officer since July 2024. Prior to that he served as Vice President – Sales and Distribution since January 2010, and Vice President – North American Sales since February 2006. Mr. Losch was Midwest Regional Manager prior to that position and has served in various marketing, quality, engineering and production positions since joining the Company in February 1988.

Didier Lacointe has served as Vice President – Sales and Distribution at Haynes International since October 2024, bringing over 15 years of international commercial leadership experience in the global metals industry. Prior to joining Haynes, he held key executive roles at Carpenter Technology, including Global Sales Director and Sales & Marketing Director – EMEA. Didier also held senior positions at Alcoa, Aleris Aluminum, Ametek, and other leading companies.

Angela M. Kohlheim has served as Vice President – General Counsel since January 2023. Prior to that, Ms. Kohlheim served as Chief Legal Officer – General Counsel for American Pain Consortium Management since August 2021. Ms. Kohlheim also served as Counsel at Faegre Drinker Biddle and Reath for four years, and Corporate Counsel – Governance Manager for Franklin Electric Co., Inc., a publicly traded, global manufacturer, for ten years prior to that. In addition to her MBA, Ms. Kohlheim is licensed to practice law in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Daniel W. Maudlin has served as Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer since December 2012. Prior to that, he served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2004. Prior to his employment with the Company, Mr. Maudlin was corporate controller at Jordan Specialty Plastics, Inc. from April 2001. Mr. Maudlin is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana (inactive).

Scott R. Pinkham has served as Vice President – Tube and Wire Products since September 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Pinkham served as Vice President – Manufacturing since March 2008, after having served in various manufacturing and production capacities with the Company prior to that date.

Tim Honeycutt has served as Vice President – Kokomo Operations since September 2024. Prior to that, he served as the General Manager at the Mountain Home facility since 2016. Prior to joining Haynes, he was the Industrial Manager of Suncoke Energy at Arcelor Mittal’s Indiana Harbor Operations, which is one the largest, integrated steelmaking facilities in operation including the largest blast furnace in North America. Tim brings additional experience in mining and manufacturing from his Operations Manager and Asset Manager roles at Glencore and Georgia Industrial Minerals.

David Van Bibber has served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2012. Prior to that, he served as Director of Finance at Belden, Inc. from 2009 to 2012 and Director of Finance at Zimmer, Inc. from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Van Bibber is a licensed CPA in the State of Pennsylvania (inactive).

Kent Vansant has served as Vice President Information Technology since July 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Vansant served as Senior Global IT Manager, Senior Director & CIO, and most recently held the role of Senior Director Digital Technology at ATI.

Lee M. Pike has served as Vice President – Research & Technology since November 2023.  Prior to that he served as Director of Research and Technology for 15 years and in various other roles in the department since joining the company in November 1998.  Dr. Pike is the inventor of HAYNES^® 282^® alloy, HAYNES^® 244^® alloy, HASTELLOY^® C-22HS^® alloy, and co-inventor of HAYNES^® 233^® alloy.

Susan M. Perry has served as Vice President – Human Resources of the Company since June 2023.  Prior to that, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources of Compal USA from Oct 2021 to June 2023 and Director of Human Resources, Americas for Delphi / Borg Warner from September 2018 to October 2021. Mrs. Perry began her career at McDonald’s and has held roles in Operations, Training and Business Consulting.
