Haynes International\u2019s facilities and operations are subject to various foreign, federal, state and local laws and regulations relating to the protection of human health, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act. We maintain multiple policies designed to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safety is our number one priority at Haynes International. In order to integrate a culture of safety and emergency preparedness, we implemented management systems that conform to the OHSAS 18001 standard in 2007. We successfully transitioned to the ISO 45001 standard during fiscal year 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Occupational Health and Safety performance includes injuries, occupational diseases, and work-related fatalities. Our corporate targets include year-over-year reductions in Lost Work Day Cases, Lost Work Days, Recordable Injuries, and First Aids, as well as, increased year-over-year reporting of Near Misses.
