class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marlin Losch<\/strong> has served as the Chief Operating Officer since July 2024. Prior to that he served as Vice President &#8211; Sales and Distribution since January 2010, and Vice President \u2013 North American Sales since February 2006. Mr. Losch was Midwest Regional Manager prior to that position and has served in various marketing, quality, engineering and production positions since joining the Company in February 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Didier Lacointe<\/strong> has served as Vice President \u2013 Sales and Distribution at Haynes International since October 2024, bringing over 15 years of international commercial leadership experience in the global metals industry. Prior to joining Haynes, he held key executive roles at Carpenter Technology, including Global Sales Director and Sales &amp; Marketing Director \u2013 EMEA. Didier also held senior positions at Alcoa, Aleris Aluminum, Ametek, and other leading companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Angela Kohlheim<\/strong>&nbsp;has served as Vice President \u2013 General Counsel since January 2023. Prior to that, Ms. Kohlheim served&nbsp;as Chief Legal Officer \u2013 General Counsel for American Pain Consortium Management since August 2021. Ms. Kohlheim also served as Counsel at Faegre Drinker Biddle and Reath for four years, and Corporate Counsel \u2013 Governance Manager for Franklin Electric Co., Inc., a publicly traded, global manufacturer, for ten years prior to that. In addition to her MBA, Ms. Kohlheim is licensed to practice law in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daniel Maudlin<\/strong>&nbsp;has served as Vice President \u2013 Finance and Chief Financial Officer since December 2012. Prior to that, he served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since September 2004. Prior to his employment with the Company, Mr. Maudlin was corporate controller at Jordan Specialty Plastics, Inc. from April 2001. Mr. Maudlin is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana (inactive).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scott Pinkham<\/strong>&nbsp;has served as Vice President \u2013 Tube and Wire Products since September 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Pinkham served as Vice President \u2013 Manufacturing since March 2008, after having served in various manufacturing and production capacities with the Company prior to that date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Everett Vazzana<\/strong> has served as Vice President \u2013 Kokomo Operations since February 2026. Prior to that, Mr. Vazzana served as Manager of Engineering and Digitalization at North American Stainless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kent Vansant&nbsp;<\/strong>has served as Vice President Information Technology since July 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Vansant served as Senior Global IT Manager, Senior Director &amp; CIO, and most recently held the role of Senior Director Digital Technology at ATI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lee Pike<\/strong>&nbsp;has served as Vice President \u2013 Research &amp; Technology since November 2023.&nbsp; Prior to that he served as Director of Research and Technology for 15 years and in various other roles in the department since joining the company in November 1998.&nbsp; Dr. Pike is the inventor of HAYNES<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 282<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> alloy, HAYNES<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 244<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> alloy, HASTELLOY<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> C-22HS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> alloy, and co-inventor of HAYNES<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 233<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> alloy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rob Christiansen<\/strong> serves as Vice President \u2013 Supply Chain for Haynes International, Inc., where he oversees the company\u2019s procurement, planning, materials management and service center operations. He has more than two decades of experience with Haynes International, having held multiple leadership roles that strengthened alignment between manufacturing operations and customer requirements.
