Haynes International, Inc. considers employee concerns very important and desires your cooperation in resolving such issues. However, this hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods. Employees are encouraged to bring concerns to their supervisor, Human Resources, or other management as appropriate. The type of complaints that should be reported on this site include: Accounting and auditing matters, non-compliance with financial internal controls, falsification of records, securities violations and violations of the Haynes International, Inc.
