Location: Windsor, CT       Department: Sales – East Region

Business Purpose:
Provide experienced sales and customer service for the region to achieve sales and growth goals. This includes working with the customer base and Marketing to maximize value for Haynes International.

Role Qualifications: (Required & Preferred)

Education:

BS/BA or equivalent years of experience (R)

Experience:
3-5 years inside sales at Haynes International or 1 year at HII with 3-5 years’ previous sales experience (R)

Areas of Knowledge:
Business, Marketing, Sales, or related area (R); Standard Quality Specifications, QCI's, SOP’s (R), Systems (R), Products (R), Metallurgy (P)

Skills:
Computer Literacy (Windows based software), Communication, Organizational, Strong Math Skills, Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Telephone Selling, Negotiating, Professionalism, Ability to Multitask (in a fast paced, stressful environment) (R)

Specific Accountabilities for the Role:
1. All accountabilities as described in the Inside Sales Role Specification Summary.
2. Responsible for key accounts within the region with occasional travel.
3. Always communicate with all relevant facts to resolve problems.
4. Work with a higher level of independence than level 1 inside sales while keeping management informed of any issues.
5. Work with inventory control for LTA and target account to ensure required product is in, or will be, in stock to meet customer forecasted demands.
6. With the guidance of the Inside Sales Supervisor, assist in training new hires and less experienced sales people to ensure they can adequately perform the role.
